ART ROOTED
IN STORY.
A contemporary exploration of identity, memory, and Indigenous resilience.
02 — ABOUT THE WORK
STORIES HELD IN COLOR,
MEMORY, AND PLACE.
As a Menominee and Ojibwe artist, my work is rooted in storytelling, memory, and the belief that creativity has the power to connect people across generations.
Working across painting and mixed media, I explore themes of identity, belonging, cultural resilience, and the relationships between people, place, and community. My work is inspired by Indigenous teachings, lived experiences, and the stories that continue to shape who we are.

03 — THE ARTIST'S PERSPECTIVE
MORE THAN
SOMETHING TO BE VIEWED.
My work is inspired by Indigenous teachings, lived experiences, and the stories that continue to shape who we are.
Some pieces ask difficult questions. Others celebrate resilience.
All are created as invitations to pause, reflect, and connect.
04 — FEATURED STATEMENT
ART PRESERVES.
ART CONNECTS.
STORIES ENDURE.
05 — Selected Works
SELECTED WORKS

I see each piece as an invitation to pause. Some works ask difficult questions, others celebrate resilience, but all are created with the hope of encouraging reflection, conversation, and deeper understanding.
For me, art is more than something to be viewed, it's a way of preserving culture, honoring those who came before us, and creating space for new stories to emerge.
My hope is that when someone spends time with my work, they leave feeling a little more connected: to themselves, to one another, and to the stories that shape our shared humanity.
